Geisha’s Blade at the 22nd EIGASAI 2019

This was our longest running exhibit ever that lasted for a month, making this our 12th exhibit to date. We were invited by Shangri-La Plaza to display our products at the 22nd EIGASAI Japanese Film Festival 2019. We were allowed to sell swords, but unfortunately our new stocks haven’t arrived yet so we just displayed swords from our personal collection as well as swords from our friends (swords they purchased from us before).

The event started with the press screening last June 19 at the Shangri-La Plaza Red Carpet. You can read more about the press screening here. EIGASAI 2019 officially started last July 3 at the Shangri-La Plaza Mall. We had 2 exhibits: the first one started last July 1 until July 31 at the Main Wing of Shangri-La Plaza. The 2nd exhibit started last July 7 and lasted until July 18 at the East Atrium of Shangri-La Plaza.

School of classical Japanese Swordsmanship Sugawara Sogo Budo Philippines, in which Aldwin is a student, also performed during the duration of the event.
