Some good news and bad news…
First the good news: our partner courier has just informed us that they will resume operations hopefully by May 25, 2020. Just like most businesses, in order to comply with government regulations, they won’t be fully operational, they’ll only be having 50% workforce. So there will be some delays with the deliveries.
Now the bad news: Cash on Delivery option will be temporarily unavailable for outside Metro Manila shipments. We can still ship nationwide, but you cannot pay cash on delivery for now. You’ll have to pay via bank deposit / online bank transfer or money transfer (LBC Pera Padala, Palawan Express, Cebuana / MLhuillier, Western Union). For safety and for faster processing of your order, we would prefer if you can pay via online bank transfer (BDO, Metrobank, BPI, UnionBank) or credit/debit card. To avoid getting infected, we don’t want you to queue up paying for your order in the bank or money transfer services and we also don’t want to queue up claiming your money transfer payments. If you still choose to send your payment via money transfer, there will be a delay in the processing of your order. Cash on delivery within Metro Manila is still available.
That’s it for now. We’ll post another update should our partner courier resumes operations by May 25 or not. If you have any questions, feel free to comment here on send us a message. Stay safe everyone!
